In commemoration of the 193rd anniversary of the Independence the Consul General of the Argentine Republic in New York, Alejandro Bertolo, the Argentine Naval Attache, Adm. Jose Luis Perez Varela, the Commander of the Frigate A.R.A. Libertad, Captain Horacio Nadale, and other officers gathered before the Monument to present honors and a flower arrangement to Mr. President Sarmiento.
